- Start with a big lunge backward
- Support yourself with your hands next to the inside of your front foot
- Touch the front foot with the elbow
- Then rotate your arm upwards
- Your gaze follows your hand
- Come back to standing position
- Change sides
- Each side counts as one repetition
- Work in the largest possible range of motion
